Reservations
Room rates are for single or double occupancy and exclude tax. Any additional guest staying in a suites or cabana will be charged an additional $75 per day per person. Please check with management prior to booking. At the time of booking, a credit card will be charged for your first night’s occupancy. All rates are subject to 10.9% occupancy tax.
Payment/Remaining Balance
We have a two-night minimum stay, upon arrival your credit card will be charged the remaining balance of your total room reservation. If you need to switch cards please inform the staff upon arrival - any changes to payment after payments have been charged are subject to a 10% credit card processing fee.
Adults
We are sorry we cannot accommodate minors, two adults to each room.
Arrivals & Departures
Check-in is available anytime after 3 pm. We are happy to hold your bags should you arrive early. A detailed arrival email will be sent prior to your arrival. Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs that have not been confirmed with the Innkeeper will be assessed a late check-out fee equal to a one-night stay.
House Rules
We are here to enhance all guests enjoyment of our property. In order to do so, we have a few house rules we need all guests to follow. Thank you in advance for your help.
Smoking Policy-In consideration of our guests' health and comfort, no smoking is permitted in the house or in shared outdoor spaces. Guests who wish to smoke may stroll to nearby public areas or use the Smoking Club room. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be accessed for any violations.
In Room Honor Bar and common area enjoyment-We are proud to offer as our in room a variety of our house selection of wine. If you chose to open and enjoy it in your room or in common spaces the cost of the wine will be added as a room charge. If you would like to open a bottle purchased elsewhere, we will apply a $25 corkage fee to your room.
Quiet Hours-Please be respectful of others. Our Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. We ask that you keep your voices down and refrain from noisy activities.
Breakfast-Our European Continental style breakfasts are served from 8:30 to 9:30am daily. If you would like to invite friends to join you, please give us at least 24 hour notice, each additional breakfast is $25.00 and will be added to your room charge.
Please respect our Collections-Our home houses collections we have curated over our lifetime, many are one of a kind. For insurance and safety reasons, we have installed cameras in common areas. Please note that we ask you to please refrain from touching items. Should anything be damaged or broken by you or your guests, the charge will be added to your account.
Common area Coffee Bar and Tea service-For those that enjoy their coffee early morning or late at night, please enjoy our self service Nespresso Machine on our second floor, or tea service on the first floor hallway.
IG, FB or Twitter. We love that guests love our collections. Take pictures and Tag us!! But please don’t touch-we have carefully curated our collections over the last 30 years and many of them have special value or are priceless. Look and enjoy but please do not touch. If anything is accidentally broken or missing it will end up on your room bill.
Cancellation Fee
All reservations are subject to our deposit and cancellation policy. To confirm a reservation, a deposit totaling the first nights room cost is required at the time of booking. Full payment will automatically be charged to the credit card on file 7 days prior to arrival. Once final payment is processed, it in non-refundable. Reservations cancelled prior to 21 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $35 cancellation fee. Within 21 days prior to arrival the 30% deposit becomes nonrefundable. Cancellations made within 7 days, after final payment has been processed, will forfeit the full payment.
If you have been exposed to Covid-19, waiting for test results, or are feeling ill please do not travel.
